Where are you based?

I’m based in North Jersey, but I happily ship items nationwide and am available to travel for live events.

Do you also do calligraphy for corporate events?

Of course! I provide services for corporate events, brand activations, PR launches, galas, award shows, VIP experiences, celebrity events, and more.

How do I secure you for a project or live event?

A signed contract and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required to reserve your date or begin a project. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or the start of live services.

I need a project completed in less than 2 weeks. Can you help me out?

Projects with less than a 2-week turnaround are considered rush jobs. If accepted, a rush fee of 50% of the total balance applies (in addition to the 50% retainer). Both must be paid upfront and are non-refundable. Please note: Any changes to the project (such as additional names or add-ons) will increase the rush fee.

Do I have to provide stationery?

No. I can source the stationery for you and the cost will be added to your invoice. If you prefer to provide your own, that’s totally fine. Just make sure the materials are suitable for calligraphy.

How do I get everything once you’re done?

Completed projects can be delivered free of charge within 20 miles (in New Jersey). We can also meet for you to pick up your order. Anything outside this area—or if you prefer shipping—will incur standard shipping fees.

Are there any minimums?

Yes.

  • Personalized Gifts/Commissions: $100 minimum spend (e.g., perfume bottles, poems, or other one-of-a-kind items)

  • Weddings/Other Formal Events: $750 minimum spend (e.g., place cards, escort cards, signage, and other stationery)

  • On-Site Calligraphy/Live Events: 3-hour minimum
