Hey hey hey! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sher Pierre of SP Ekriti (eh-kri-tee means handwriting in Haitian Creole) and I thank you for considering me to provide live personalization services at your event.

Quality tools and materials
I use some of the best quality drills, heating tools, and materials to make the experience as seamless as possible.

Whatever your preferred way(s) of communication is(are), I make sure to keep in touch to let you know the progress of your project. P.S- I’m definitely a voice memo girly!

I’m a former teacher. Of course I know about being organized! I have systems and processes in place to make your experience as stress-free as possible. Proposals, contracts, invoices, and more in one place!

Heirloom-quality keepsakes
We already talked about beauty and functionality so now it’s time to talk about heirloom-quality. The personalized pieces can make for sentimental keepsakes. Keep some or all in the family for generations.

MY SERVICES
Calligraphy
with writing tools
This definitely adds a special touch during special events and gift-giving seasons.
This is great for acrylic, keychains, paper goods, and sports balls.
$200/hr
Minimum: 3 hours
Engraving
Engraving is always fascinating to guests and clients. They can choose to have their name, special date, or short phrase beautifully etched into the an item that can be a keepsake or a gift.
Items that can be engraved include: wine bottles, perfume bottles, metal bottles, beauty products, marble/ granite surfaces, and more!
Starting at $200/hr
Minimum: 3 hours
Hot Foiling
Hot foiling is a process that involves applying a metallic or pigmented foil to paper using heat and pressure, creating a striking contrast that enhances the overall design.
This is a great option for leather goods such as journals, luggage tags, passport covers, purses, wallets, etc.
Starting at $200/hr
Minimum: 3 hours

2. Connect
Schedule a call (phone or Zoom) to discuss details and any questions you may have. This is where we discuss logistics, venue, where I would be located at the event, etc. We’ll know exactly what live personalization would be best for your event.
3. Proposal
After our call, I’ll send you a custom proposal for your review.
4. Save the Date
A signed contract and 50% deposit will save the date in my calendar.
5. Final Check-In
About two weeks before event, I will reach out to confirm details of the day and answer any final questions and address any last-minute modifications. By thoroughly discussing these elements, we can assure a seamless and memorable experience for your event.
6. Let’s go live!
Time to see it all come together! Your guests, clients, family, and/or friends will be so excited about this addition to your event! It will truly make them feel special!
