Hey hey hey! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sher Pierre of SP Ekriti (eh-kri-tee means handwriting in Haitian Creole) and I thank you for considering me to add those special details to one of the most memorable days of your life.
Here is my wedding service guide that will let you know all the ways I can elevate your wedding day with the art of calligraphy!

The SP Ekriti Experience
During my teaching career, I taught 5th, 6th, and 7th grade. If anyone knows a thing being patient and paying attention to detail, it’s definitely me! (7th grade is the most challenging grade on the planet! If I can survive that, I can survive anything!)
With my background in education, I bring precision, patience, and attention to detail to every project including yours!

Quality over quantitiy
In order to give each couple the best experience and quality possible, I only take on a limited amount of weddings per year.
Regular communication
Whatever your preferred way(s) of communication is(are), I make sure to keep in touch to let you know the progress of your project. P.S- I’m definitely a voice memo girly!
Organized and streamlined
I’m a former teacher. Of course I know about being organized! I have systems and processes in place to make your experience as stress-free as possible. Proposals, contracts, invoices, and more in one place!
Beauty with functionality
Yes…calligraphy is beautiful but for your wedding, it’s not just about looks. It’s a 2-for-1 special because the calligraphy is both aesthetically pleasing and functional for all in attendance.

Your guests will be impressed with the special touch that calligraphy brings. It truly elevates any event!
Heirloom-quality keepsakes
We already talked about beauty and functionality so now it’s time to talk about heirloom-quality. The pieces provided for your weddings can make for sentimental keepsakes. Keep some or all in the family for generations.

MY SERVICES
Envelope Addressing
Do people still send invitations in the mail? YES! Set the tone for guests with gorgeously, hand-lettered envelopes. Choose from different styles and font options to match your wedding’s aesthetic.
Minimum investment: $500
Day-of-Details
This includes signage, table numbers, place cards, escort cards, and seating charts. This can also include commissions such as vows.
Minimum investment: $1,000
On-Site Calligraphy
On-site calligraphy also known as live personalization is one the best ways to WOW guests. Whether it’s a personalized wine glass, perfume bottle, or hat, your guests aren’t very likely to forget these favors!
Minimum investment: 3 hours (hourly rate is dependent on type of personalization)

2. Connect
Schedule a Zoom call to discuss details, colors, styles, and any questions you may have. This is where we build your custom package. We’ll know exactly what calligraphy details will be best for your wedding day.
3. Proposal
After our Zoom call, I’ll send you a custom proposal for your review.
4. Save the Date
A signed contract and 50% deposit will save the date in my calendar.
5. Final Touches
Once booked, I will share the templates needed to make collecting additional information. For example, addresses, names, seating chart preferences, and/or on-site details. Progress photos are also sent.
6. Wedding Day!
Time to see it all come together! Friends, family, and calligraphy will make this one of the most memorable days ever!
